All of the 210 private patient rooms in the 504,241-square-foot, seven-story hospital will be inside. It will have a lot of different services, like surgery, interventional cardiology, an intensive care unit (ICU), a lab, a pharmacy, obstetrics, a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), short stays or observation, and imaging. A five-story, 125,498-square-foot medical office building will connect to the hospital and have services for general care, maternal and fetal medicine, outpatient oncology, and women's health.
